Painting is key to your home's appearance, Exterior painting enhances curb appeal and its quality is essential when selling the home. An interior's wall and ceiling colors give the home a personality.
We consider all of the components that create a durable, low-maintenance, and long-lasting result. Our execution is precise, from wall preparation, primers, and sealers, and masking to color matching and actual painting.
We use the techniques, paints, coatings, and finishes most appropriate for the interior or exterior use.
Both oil-base enamels and water-based acrylics are applied. Exterior paints are color resilient UV and weather-resistant in composition. Interior paints are generally water-based acrylic with a wide range of finishes. Environmentally we seek to use eco-friendly lacquers, varnishes and stains.

Bard Barnard
Owner / Contractor / Remodeler
Linear Construction & Remodeling owner, Brad Barnard was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee and later in Dallas, Texas, His passion for construction began while working as a flooring contractor during college. In 2007, after graduation from college with a degree in biology, he followed his passion and began remodeling in Memphis. His focus has always been in working with home owners and residential real estate investors.
After the 2009 housing bubble, Brad began working with banks and lenders to rehabilitate and remodel foreclosed properties – with the goal of getting them back to market. This period was critical to his development as a well-rounded general contractor. Given the varying conditions of the properties, he was constantly forced to adapt and develop new skills.
With eight years of solid experience, in 2017 Brad decided to re-establish roots in Dallas. It was this transition that led to the formation of Linear Construction & Remodeling, LLC.

Today, Brad and his team, company employees and experienced sub-contractors, provide superior quality, on-time completion of interior and exterior remodels and renovations.
